Get ready to WOW your guests with an impressive tower of caramel-crusted cream puffs! Croquembouche is a French dessert traditionally used to celebrate weddings and very special occasions. We’ll learn how to make the classic choux pastry dough that’s used to make cream puffs, and we’ll fill the puffs with crème pâtissière. Then we’ll make the caramel and use it to glue the puffs together, layer by layer, and then voilà! A show-stopping dessert that’s perfect for the holidays!
